Year 3

This autumn we have been learning all about India. We have written non-chronological reports on Divali, a descriptive piece of writing on a tiger hunt and explored India as a land of contrasts. We looked at the Indian village of Chembakoli and compared this with Sedgeberrow.  

We spent an afternoon looking at beautiful pictures of Indian elephants and created our paintings.  We had to think about mixing colours for the background and creating a black silhouette for the elephant.  They look fantastic!
